Seventy Ninth Resources, part of the Webster portfolio of companies headquartered in Southport, UK has appointed Will Slater as Chief Geologist.
With more than 15 years’ experience in the natural resources sector, having previously worked at leading firms in the sector, including VP Exploration and Altus Strategies, Will brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role.
Will has worked extensively across the African continent, specialising in gold and base metals and held positions of operations director, exploration geologist and environmental scientist during his time in the mining sector. In his role as Chief Geologist, Will is poised to provide strategic advice and guidance on operations for the company’s minerals exploration ventures in West Africa and Canada.
